1. The Money Lender Plan

Money lending to individuals, groups and companies.
10% administration fee up front.
Fixed monthly interest @ 10% on the principal negotiable depending on the amount borrowed.
Call up security for any borrowing above Kshs 50,000/=.
Terms and conditions as per lending agreement.

2. Capital Building Plan

Allows clients and customers to build their capital towards investment or as a Borrowing security by periodic investment in the FinaFan Capital Building Plan.
This is not a deposit on the Customer’s Account.
FinaFan does not take deposits from the Public or operate any customer Accounts.

3. L.P.O and L.S.O Financing

Local Purchase Orders and Local Service Orders used as lending security.
For genuine and authenticated L.P.O and L.S.O’s only.
50 to 50% sharing on net profits.
Terms and conditions as per agreement.

4. Chama Financing

Lending to chamas and trading groups on negotiated terms.
For chamas and trading groups.
Capital Building Plan.
Administration fee of Kshs 5, 000/=.
Account management system.
Revolving fund creation.
Borrowing against capital created for chama and individual members.
Chama guarantees only.
Terms and condition as per agreement.

5. Tenant Purchase Scheme

On selected real properties customers allowed to enter into agreement with FinaFan to acquire them on a long term tenant Purchase arrangement between 5 years and 7 years, or on negotiated reasonable cash terms.
Saves customer heavy upfront investment while allowing them to acquire and take possession of the property to avoid payment of rent.
Just 20% deposit and you take up the property.
Terms and conditions as per the Tenant Purchase Agreement.

6. Asset financing

FinaFan to finance acquisition of property, Motor Vehicle and other identified securable Assets.
The Asset is registered jointly between FinaFan and the Customer/Client.
Maximum financing to 70% of the Asset value customer.
Customer Assessment and verification mandatory.
